Not playing the Victim is an exercise in the Distance coaching program.
The purpose of the exercise is to wean yourself from playing in unhappiness and helplessness.
OZR
- Accusations, excuses, complaints, abuse and begging are not mine. No Victim Wording Dictionary without negative labels, without the words «Problem», «Horror» and «Nightmare»
- There is no suffering and helplessness in intonations and facial expressions. In regular situations, I speak and behave confidently.
- In difficult situations, I turn on my head: task — action plan — conclusions for the future.

The situation at work is difficult. Thoughts revolve around this, rattling inside, horror stories. I go to sleep — insomnia. I relax, remember the Declaration, thoughts come back anyway. Illumination at 4 am! :-))
1. Fell into the position of the Author (i.e. on the back, arms along the body)
2. put on a smileclosed her eyes. As soon as thoughts about work come, I notice that the smile is gone, so I put on a smile again and so on several times.
WORKS!!!
Thesis: If fear, Victim, difficult thoughts and insomnia come, wear a smile even when you go to bed, it helps to think positively and fall asleep.
