Hylo-Gel – indications, dosage, warnings, side effects

Hylo-Gel is used to intensely moisturize the surface of the eyeball in the case of severe, including chronic, dryness and after surgery. This preparation does not contain preservatives. Hylo-Gel is presented as eye drops and can be obtained without a prescription.

Hylo-Gel – indications and dosage

Hylo-Gel indications for use:

  1. intensive moisturizing of the surface of the eyeball in the case of severe, including chronic, dryness,
  2. after surgery.

Dosage

  1. 1 drop of Hylo-Gel into the conjunctival sac of each eye several times a day.

Hylo-Gel and contraindications

A contraindication to the use of Hylo-Gel is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.

Hydro-Gel with other drugs

  1. If you are using other eye drops, leave at least half an hour apart, Hylo-Gel should be instilled last.
  2. Eye ointment can be used after administration of Hylo-Gel.
  3. With long-term use, Hylo-Gel is well tolerated because it does not contain a preservative.

Hylo-Gel – warnings

  1. Hylo-Gel should be used within 6 months of opening the package.
  2. Do not use drops after the expiry date.
  3. Store Hylo-Gel at room temperature.
  4. You can use the medicine with all types of contact lenses.
  5. Keep the drug out of the reach of small children.

Hylo-Gel – side effects

In rare cases, Hylo-Gel may cause a feeling of hypersensitivity: burning or watery eyes.
