Hydrominum is a dietary supplement whose main task is to remove excess water from the body. How do the pills work and how many can you take a day? We check not only whether Hydrominum can be used by women during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but also how much the tablets cost.
As already mentioned, the main task of Hydrominum tablets is to remove excess water in the body, which is most influenced by:
- An inadequately balanced diet;
- Excess sodium and potassium deficiency in the diet;
- Water deficiency in the body;
- Heat;
- Pregnancy;
- Low physical activity;
- Taking certain medications (calcium channel blockers or birth control pills);
- Sedentary lifestyle.
Hydrominum tablets are therefore to help get rid of excess water from the body, using the properties of natural ingredients (dandelion extract or fig opuntia).
- Ways to get rid of water from the body
Hydrominum tablets – composition
The composition of the Hydrominum dietary supplement contains only natural ingredients:
- Nettle extract (150 mg) – not only supports the process of removing water from the body, but also supports fat metabolism;
- Prickly pear fruit extract (100 mg) – helps to control weight, supporting fat metabolism;
- Green tea extract (100 mg) – supports the process of removing water from the body;
- Grape seed extract (80 mg) – support the weight loss process, contributing to the reduction of body fat;
- Dandelion root extract (70 mg) – supports the process of removing excess water from the body;
- Goldenrod herb extract (30 mg) – it detoxifies the body naturally.
Hydrominum excipients are:
- Glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, beeswax and carnauba wax;
- Bulking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose;
- Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide;
- Color: titanium dioxide.
Hydrominum tablets should be taken orally. One dose of the supplement per day is recommended. It must not be exceeded. To make changes to the dosage of Hydrominum, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Hydrominum tablets should be kept out of the reach of children. The manufacturer’s website also provides information on not keeping the supplement in a humid or sunny place.
Taking medications during pregnancy or breastfeeding should be consulted with a gynecologist. Although there are no contraindications in the Hydrominum leaflet regarding the use of the drug by pregnant or lactating women, the decision to take them should be made by a doctor. The more so as pregnant women often have problems maintaining proper hydration of the body.

The main contraindication to the use of Hydrominum tablets is hypersensitivity to any of the active substances of the drug. Besides, a doctor should be consulted not only by pregnant and breastfeeding women, but also by patients with renal insufficiency. Hydrominum tablets have no influence on driving.
However, it should be remembered that this is a supplement, so it cannot replace a varied diet, which is the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
