This method is considered to be more effective than the traditional method, when you take a sponge with detergents or abrasives, and then remove the grease from the walls of the oven.

Hydrolysis oven cleaning: advantages and disadvantages

There are stoves where the chambers of the ovens are covered with special enamel that is resistant to acidic environments. Here, with the help of hydrolysis cleaning, you can easily remove fat deposits, since they do not eat into the walls. Thus, the advantages of such a system are:

  • steaming the oven and removing serious dirt that is difficult to handle by hand;
  • low energy consumption, which saves money;
  • no worries due to the fact that the enamel will be scratched.

However, the hydrolysis system also has a number of disadvantages. They should be taken into account when choosing this cleaning method:

  • steam softens grease and dirt, which you will have to get rid of yourself using a sponge;
  • hydrolysis cleaning will give its results if you start washing the stove immediately after cooking;
  • these coated ovens are expensive.

Remember that any oven needs timely cleaning of dirt. How best to do this is up to you, but here you also need to proceed from financial possibilities.
