Ingredients Hunting cabbage

White cabbage 500.0 (gram)
potatoes 750.0 (gram)
champignon 250.0 (gram)
animal fat 50.0 (gram)
wheat flour, premium 30.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Put boiled potatoes, coarsely chopped cabbage and lightly braised mushrooms in layers in a saucepan. Fry the flour in fat. Gradually add the hot broth with continuous stirring until a thick sauce is obtained. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour the sauce over the potatoes, cabbage and mushrooms. Close and simmer until tender.
