HPV virus – what should you know about it? Do condoms protect against infection?

HPV is one of the most common viruses. Some of its variants can be deadly. There are over a hundred of them, and at least thirteen causes cancer. Infections with this virus are often asymptomatic. Only 71 countries have included a vaccine to protect against HPV on the mandatory vaccination list.
