How you really need to wash greens
 

Greens are very important in our daily diet. Why, we have already told and counted 3 main reasons for eating greens every day. 

How do you usually wash your greens? Do you rinse under running water? Most do so, but it is not enough.

The fact is that nematodes accumulate in large quantities in greenery. These organisms can cause irreparable damage to the stomach. They can also provoke diseases of the respiratory system, nervous system and even lead to muscle and joint pain. 

Therefore, they must be thoroughly washed from the greens. 

 

As a rule, dirt and dangerous microorganisms accumulate between the leaves of the greenery, so one rinse will not be enough.

To get rid of bacteria, you need to place the greens in a large container of cool water and leave them there for 15 minutes. Ideally, this procedure should be repeated.

Only in this way the dirt and parasites will surely settle to the bottom and you will be sure that the greens will not harm your health.
