· baking soda. Before washing the sugar from the pan, it is poured with ½ cup of baking soda and poured with water, covering all the contaminated areas. Putting the container on the stove, its contents are boiled until the sugar crust peels off the walls and bottom;

· lemon acid. This is the most effective tool that helps to remove not only burnt sugar, but also other impurities left on the kitchen utensils. To do this, pour 5 g of dry citric acid into a soiled pan and add 1 liter of water. To make cleaning more effective, you can add an additional 5 large spoons of salt to the prepared solution. In this form, it is boiled over medium heat until carbon deposits are completely removed;

Vinegar (9%). This product works well even with heavily burnt sugar. Undiluted, it is poured into a bowl, after which it is set aside for 2 hours. After a while, black carbon deposits should move well from the bottom and walls. If necessary, you can use an iron brush to remove it;

· Activated charcoal removes burnt sugar from the pan in just 60 minutes. The number of tablets used depends on the degree of soiling of the dishes. The sorbent is crushed to a powdery state, and then covered with all the carbon deposits and left for half an hour. After 30 minutes, add cold water to the dishes and keep in this form for a similar amount of time. The dishes are washed with a liquid detergent.

How to wash off lightly burnt sugar? If the carbon deposit has not yet had time to turn black, then getting rid of it is quite simple. To do this, add boiling water to the dishes and leave for a couple of hours. After a while, the slightly burnt sugar will completely melt and the pan will clear.
