How to use stove cleaner, purchased and homemade products
Which detergent to clean the stove to choose?
Soviet enamelled appliances are the most difficult to clean, especially in the case of obsolete stains. In the fight against pollution, as in war, all methods are good. Powdered products (“Komet”, “Pemolux”, baking soda) easily cope with oily bloom. Stains that do not lend themselves to such compositions are removed with ammonia diluted with water.
Modern boards are easier and faster to clean, but their coatings are more demanding on the means used: they must be creamy or liquid. How can dirt be wiped off:
· melamine sponge;
· Compositions for dishwashing;
· Special means for cleaning plates.
It is not necessary to buy expensive devices, because ordinary products are effective in the fight against pollution. Below are some of the ways you can make home remedies.
1. Mustard powder, diluted with water to form a thick slurry, has no less pronounced effect than store products.
2. Even old dirt can be easily cleaned with alcohol.
3. Squeezed lemon juice is another inexpensive and effective cleaning agent.
An important rule: modern coatings (stainless steel, ceramics and others) cannot be cleaned with coarse materials, abrasive substances, brushes and metal sponges. Such devices can damage the surface of the stove, leaving small scratches.
