When we talk about emotional management Many ideas come to mind on how to deal with emotions in our day-to-day lives, but have you ever wondered how many emotions arise in you every day? Perhaps there are many more than you imagine. Actually, each experience and each thought leads us to a different emotion and, when we are not aware of them, we let ourselves be carried away by its force creating an automatic response in which we may be involved like a roller coaster from which we do not know how to get off.
