To prepare it per liter of water, literally add a drop of potassium permanganate, the solution should turn out to be pale pink.

You need to drink it in the morning and in the evening, one glass at a time (for children – half a glass). It is good to use the same solution for enemas. Sometimes one or two doses are enough for the stomach to start working normally.

The house should always have a certain supply of herbs, roots, berries that have astringent, antiseptic properties. St. John’s wort, wormwood, chamomile, calendula, oak bark, rose hips, leaves and roots of strawberries, plantain.

Heartburn and more

If you are tormented heartburn and other gastric troubles, give up spicy and sour foods, do not eat mustard, pepper, herring, fatty pork, fried foods.

Brew one teaspoon of centaury herb, sage, chamomile in a glass of boiling water. Drink one tablespoon every two hours, approximately 7-8 times a day for one to three months. Then 2-3 times a day until complete recovery.

Carrot juice is an excellent remedy for stomach acidity. The more acidity, the more juice it is recommended to consume. The usual folk remedy for heartburn – a spoonful of baking soda in a glass of water – is certainly effective, but it does not have the best effect on the liver.
