The easiest way to travel with an animal is by car. You can easily find a place for your cat’s luggage in the car. Personal transport can be stopped if the pet needs to relieve itself. If it jumps on the steering wheel out of fear, gets hammered under the brake pedal or in some other way interferes with the driver, an accident is guaranteed.

However, traveling with a pet can go quite smoothly if you carefully prepare for it.
Before transporting a cat, you need to collect everything you need for it:
- carry – a closed transport box, corresponding to the size of the animal;
- a bowl, a drink, a few servings of packaged food, a favorite treat;
- familiar toys, blanket, leash;
- tray, filler, plastic bags, scoop.
It is better to buy a carrier in advance and test it before the trip. For example, take a container with a cat for a walk. It is very important that the carrier is spacious and free of movement. If the pet has a violent or unpredictable disposition, it is worth stocking up on tranquilizers. For sedatives, consult your veterinarian. And in general, the doctor’s phone should always be at hand, because the animal on the road may have problems with well-being.
