Then we can be sure that they are not harvested too early, and thus their growth is not supported with any additional substances.
  2. In the winter, it is also worth betting on supplements, vitamins and minerals available in pharmacies. All of them will be helpful for maintaining good health. It is especially recommended to take vitamin C, which has a great effect on the body’s immunity, which should be a priority for us in the winter. In winter, it is also worth taking care of proper supplementation with vitamins A, B, D and E.
  3. Winter is also a period of worse well-being, especially during two solstices – autumn-winter and winter-spring. Then we can also feel worse mentally, we get blues, seasonal depression, memory capacity decreases and concentration weakens. During this time, it is worth making sure that you stay in the sun for at least some time during the day. It is also worth taking care of your diet by consuming products rich in B vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids.
  4. During the winter, we must not forget about the right amount of movement. Physical activity will help you improve your overall well-being, and at the same time help you stay fit. During the winter, we often gain weight, which is related, among other things, to the cessation of physical activity – it is worth changing it. You can think about ice skating, skiing, going to the climbing wall, swimming pool or gym. There are so many ways to be active in winter!
  5. Drinking hot drinks will allow us to warm up after a cold walk. It is worth reaching for milk with honey or milk with garlic, but also for cocoa – these warm drinks contain a lot of vitamins, micro- and macroelements that will protect our body and prevent any infection from developing.
