Many times, the Stress daily makes us live on automatic pilot. A way of life in which we “pull” situations, finishing tasks, spending days on the calendar. An automaton form in which we see life go by. We do all the activities effectively but do not enjoy any of them.

By behaving like a robot, we forget what is really important, to enjoy and savor life. Every day, every month, every year they are full of people who appreciate you, with smiles that welcome you, with kind and kind words that, from the daily stress, you do not even allow yourself to appreciate. A negative bias will take over you to increase your discomfort.

We cannot change the things that happen to us but we can change how we learn to live them. We can learn to take care of our happiness, cultivate it from within so that it flourishes outwards and, for this, I have prepared this meditation for you. A meditation in which we will train how to take care of your internal well-being.
