The feces collected in the afternoon are quite useful for the morning delivery, provided that they are placed in an airtight container that must be placed in the refrigerator overnight.
Rules for collecting feces from a baby
To collect stool for tests, you will need a sterile plastic jar with a spoon attached to the lid (sold in a pharmacy without a prescription) and, in fact, a newborn baby. Since it is very difficult to calculate the exact time for a baby’s bowel movement, washing immediately before collecting feces is impractical – follow the usual hygiene procedures in accordance with the baby’s usual regimen.

A plastic spoon attached to a sterile, airtight container is designed to collect solid or semi-liquid stool and nothing else.
Feces should be collected from the surface of fecal masses on the surface of a disposable diaper – you should not extract “valuable minerals” from the very depths of the diaper. Pediatricians recommend using regular diaper diapers that do not contain gel filler to collect feces.
If the baby defecates with loose stools, put a medical oilcloth, then carefully pour the analysis into a sterile jar. You can also use a special urine collector, which is attached below the genitals with reliable Velcro.

Do not forget to put your evening feces in the refrigerator and attach the direction given to you for analysis to the feces container.
When the child grows up and begins to use the pot, tests can be collected directly from the pot – wash it only with baby soap and rinse thoroughly with water, since the use of any cleaning agents containing chemistry is strictly prohibited in this delicate matter.
