How to take a bath properly
Three simple rules and several new tools will help you to spend time in the bathroom with benefit and pleasure.
Rule one:
It is recommended to lie in water with a temperature of 37 degrees for about 15 minutes. You can do more, only then do not complain about dry skin, weakness and dizziness.
Rule two:
In the beginning, there are cleansing procedures (detergents, scrub, washcloth, shower) and only then a relaxing bath, and not vice versa.
Rule three:
A bath is an evening story, so you can apply more moisturizer afterwards than usual. After all, then you do not need to wrap yourself up and go outside – a warm bed awaits you invitingly.
