Mood
The emotional state directly depends on the weather, so in the fall, when the days are getting shorter and there are fewer sunny days, it is easy to get depressed.
Prevention: the main thing is not to get hung up on a bad mood. Vitamins and physical activity will come to the rescue. To keep the body in good shape, daily walks are enough: 30 minutes before work and 1,5 hours after. Just get off one stop early or walk to the metro. This is especially important if you spend most of your working day sitting at your computer.
Biorhythms
Due to the reduction in daylight hours, the body is “lost in time” and experiences stress. As a result – weakness, drowsiness and apathy. There are days when it’s absolutely impossible to get out of bed. And if you succeed, then the whole day is irresistibly drawn to sleep. An effective way to wake up is to inhale slowly and deeply 10 times, do gymnastics and drink sweet tea. Blood carries oxygen to all cells of the body, and glucose activates brain activity.
Prevention: cheerfulness and good condition also depend on the correct lymph flow. Lymph moves through the vessels and capillaries due to muscle contraction, freeing the body of toxins. You can stimulate lymph flow with massage. While taking a shower, rub your body with movements from the bottom up – from feet to hips, from hands to shoulders, from waist to neck.
Digestive organs
The body is intensively preparing for the winter and accumulates fat reserves. At this time, many have a constant feeling of hunger, and someone suffers from stomach upsets.
Prevention: to avoid exacerbation of gastrointestinal diseases, try to exclude spicy, salty, fatty foods, carbonated drinks and spices from the diet. It is better to eat often, but in small portions, and steam, stew or boil food. If your stomach is especially sensitive, switch to pureed foods. It is completely absorbed by the body, easily digested and relieves hunger for 4-5 hours. Make it a rule to eat a handful of nuts and dried fruits, they have a beneficial effect on the digestive system.
The cardiovascular system
Like the whole body, it works in an enhanced mode. They may be worried about changes in blood pressure, and cores are generally at risk.
Prevention: if you know that not everything is going smoothly with health, you will have to monitor your well-being and limit yourself to some products. For example, it is strongly recommended to give up salty foods – herring, caviar, olives, cucumbers, dried fish. These foods thicken the blood and can trigger a stroke or heart attack. But nuts, dried fruits, vegetables and red fish can be eaten in plenty: these products contain substances that strengthen the heart muscle. It is recommended to eat cottage cheese with raisins or dried apricots for breakfast.
