How to sunbathe: expert advice

· Do not forget about the headdress. The brim of the hats or the visor of the cap will protect the face from harmful rays.

· Do not neglect sunglasses – the skin around the eyes is the most delicate, it definitely does not need excess exposure to ultraviolet radiation. If you wear lenses, you can get a retinal burn! Better to pick up glasses with tinted lenses before vacation.

· Do not sunbathe on an empty stomach or after a hearty breakfast, optimally – an hour and a half after eating. Quench your thirst not with sweet soda and juices, but with drinks with a sour taste. Cool (but not icy!) Water with lemon or mineral water will do. Alcohol while tanning is prohibited.

· Do not use cosmetics when going to the beach: forget about perfume and nourishing cream. Cosmetics attract ultraviolet light and cause burns.

· If you have a lot of moles or age spots on your body, it is better to give up the idea of ​​sunburn altogether. Or sunbathe under the awning. Moles under the sun can transform into malignant melanomas. And no sunscreen will protect!

· To make the tan more beautiful, move, play outdoor games. Fortunately, almost every equipped beach has a volleyball, football or other playground. If you are relaxing on a wild beach, stretch yourself or run along the sea.

· Sleeping on the beach will do no harm as long as you take a nap under a canopy.

· Remember that it is impossible to acquire a beautiful bronze tan in three days. It takes at least two weeks for him to lie down correctly and hold on for a long time.
