How to store bread correctly

Throwing bread does not raise a hand, and in order for it to be stored as long as possible, you need to know a few rules.

– Keep bread wrapped in a linen towel or in a special canvas bag, so it will keep its taste and freshness longer;

– Keep the bread in the bread bin. Whichever breadbox you prefer, you need to take care of it every day – wipe it as needed, remove old crumbs, ventilate. Keep black and white bread separately due to the different moisture content. Putting a lump of sugar, an apple wedge or peeled potatoes in the bread bin will reduce moisture and prevent the bread from becoming moldy. Wipe the bread box with a vinegar solution;

– Keep bread in the refrigerator if you overdo it with the amount of the purchased product. At low temperatures, it will not mold longer;

– Do not cut the crusts from the bread, cut it from the middle, and then connect the halves;

– Sushi croutons – they are stored for a very long time.
