  2. galactosemia, a genetic disease characterized by the inability to convert galactose into glucose,
  3. maple syrup disease, i.e. a genetic disease of amino acid metabolism,
  4. lactosuria, which is a type of glucosuria manifested by the presence of lactose in the urine,
  5. congenital lactose intolerance,
  6. cleft lip and palate (relative contraindication).
