2. Mentally stop and think what the next complaint and whining gives you. What will the one to whom you complain give you – support and help or another indifference, and thus they will think of you as an eternal whiner?

It is necessary to understand that the existence of a whining person is like a sucking swamp, from which it is simply unrealistic to get out, and the more and more often he whines, the deeper this swamp draws him in. Therefore, in everything you need to see only the positive.

Avoid people who constantly whine and regularly spill stories of their failures at you. Try to connect with people who are simpler and easier to relate to life and are in a positive mood.

Positive-minded people improve the mood of those around them. In addition, the positive serves as an indicator, a source of tremendous internal energy and self-sufficiency of the individual.
