If you decide to treat your nervous system in this way, do not forget about contraindications, namely allergic reactions to certain herbs. The course of treatment can be from 2 weeks to a month.

The most important thing is the correct daily routine: healthy sleep for 7-8 hours and spend less time using a smartphone.

Be sure to exercise, at least 30-60 minutes a day. It is best to opt for swimming, since all muscle groups work here and there is no load on the spine. And don’t forget that water picks up negative energy.

Do not do strength training before bed. Let it be a light exercise in the morning and a contrast shower.
