Whoever does not take care of his health in a tense situation acts improvidently. At the same time, maintaining health in a tense situation is not very difficult:

A tense situation is a situation for which we are not prepared. That is why those who have taught themselves not to complain, but to learn, soon become a professional in any situation — at least they can cope with the requirements of the situation without difficulty.
