Running program for beginners: how to run 5 km and enjoy it

All you need is a pair of running shoes with good cushioning, which creates the right arch support and protects both the leg joints and the spine from shock. If you have old sneakers that you like, bring them to the store to show the seller how they fit and ask them to find similar ones. Try several options, run them through the sales area to see if these sneakers will be comfortable for you.
