How to solve the problem with hair loss with mesotherapy
A procedure that activates the growth of curls and improves their condition.
According to the statistics of trichologists, with age the hair on the head becomes less and less, unfortunately, this is a pattern that awaits everyone. You can face such a problem at the age of 25 or at 45 – everything is individual here and depends on nutrition, lifestyle, stressful situations. The more the body lacks vitamin, the more stress, the more brittle the hair and begins to fall out. How to solve this problem, says the expert.
Dermatologist, cosmetologist, trichologist, medical doctor at the Remedy Lab clinic.
– Trichology actively uses mesotherapeutic methods to correct alopecia, seborrheic dermatitis. This is a method of administering an active drug or a group of drugs intradermally or subcutaneously in an exact dosage and in a specific place.
The method is associated with the name of the French physician Michel Pistor. Initially, mesotherapy meant the intradermal injection of procaine (anesthetic) in order to reduce the patient’s pain. Subsequently, mesotherapy began to be called any method of subcutaneous and intradermal administration of a drug for aesthetic cosmetology.
What is the use?
Mesotherapy injections improve blood circulation in the scalp and nourish the hair follicle. Therefore, not only the roots are strengthened, but also the entire length of the curl, preventing loss and stimulating the growth of new strands.
The peculiarity of mesotherapy is its cumulative effect. That is, this is not an instant skin transformation procedure. For mesotherapy, it is important to undergo a course of 5-7 sessions (an interval of about 7 days), at least once every six months. The main disadvantage of the procedure is that the lumens of the capillaries open, and the nerve endings become more sensitive. Therefore, the second and third sessions become more and more painful, but it is worth it.
Girls who have repeatedly injected mesotherapy into the scalp note that after a course of procedures, the hair stops falling out, becomes many times thicker and grows actively.
How is the procedure performed
During mesotherapy with a thin needle, the following drugs are injected: vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, peptides, anti-inflammatory drugs. As Pistour noted, “if we do a lot of injections, we will already stimulate the dermis, even without the injection of the drug.” This means that microdamages themselves activate protective cellular reactions, improve microcirculation and revitalize skin cells, leading to their regeneration.
The preparations are injected using different techniques depending on the injection site and volume. For example, thin needles are selected and the drug is injected at a specific angle. This makes it possible to deliver the drug to the problem area as quickly and accurately as possible.
For carrying out mesotherapeutic measures, surface anesthesia is not given, since this is not possible because of the hair. Most often, the cosmetologist makes multiple injections directly into the hair follicles, since the falling of useful ingredients directly on the target is a guarantee that the procedure will be as effective as possible.
