Not everyone likes rich, thick broths. However, you should not completely abandon hot meals. Indeed, especially in the cold season, soups are very relevant. They quickly warm up, improve metabolism, provide the body with the necessary heat and energy.
You just need to skim the soup. There are two easy ways to do this:
- Towel
Dip a folded paper towel in the broth. All the fat will quickly settle on it. This method works well with an already cooked and cooled dish, on the surface of which a film of fat has already become visible.
- Piece of ice
Add a piece of ice to the broth and bring to a boil. The broth will be more transparent, light and appetizing.
