How to remove limescale in the toilet, from the shower

How to remove limescale from the toilet
A large number of pathogenic microbes accumulate in a dirty toilet bowl, this does not in the best way affect the health of all households.
How can you clean the toilet:
- vinegar;
- lemon acid;
- white.
The vinegar will help remove thin layers of plaque. Warm up 250 ml of vinegar, pour into the toilet. After 3 minutes, add 35 g of baking soda, leave overnight. Vinegar should only be heated in a well-ventilated area.
Citric acid removes limescale and all unpleasant odors in the toilet well. Pour 2 liters of water into the toilet, the temperature of which is about 80 degrees, pour 100 g of acid. With a stiff brush, go over the entire surface of the product, leave for 3 hours. Rub intensively, rinse.
Before using whiteness from the toilet, you must remove all the water. Pour in a chemical agent, leave for 6-10 hours. In the morning, rub the surface with a brush, rinse with warm water.
Do not use the toilet with cleaning agents in it.
To prevent plaque build-up, you should use some regular detergent every time you clean the toilet.
Getting rid of limescale in the shower
Lime from the ribbed surfaces of the shower can be removed with ordinary boiling water. It is enough to place the hose in a container of hot water for 2 hours, wipe the surface with a soft cloth. You can use an old toothbrush to remove limescale from hard-to-reach places.
To clean the shower, you need to prepare a mixture of 30 g of washing powder, 1 liter of warm water and 20 ml of vinegar. Apply the product to the surface, rinse off after 20 minutes.
How to remove limescale in the bathroom from different surfaces:
- acrylic bath – fill the bath with warm water, add 1,5 liters of vinegar, leave for 8-10 hours;
- steel bath – apply wet soda to the contaminated areas, sprinkle with vinegar from a container with a spray bottle, leave for 30 minutes, rinse with warm water;
- cast iron bath – mix 100 ml of ammonia and 50 ml of hydrogen peroxide, apply the solution to dirty places, rinse off after half an hour;
- glass and mirror surfaces in the bathroom can be cleaned with ammonia – it must be diluted with warm water in a ratio of 1:20;
- the tiles can be cleaned with ordinary soda – dissolve 1 g of grated laundry soap in 15 liter of warm water, pour the soda into the solution, apply the mixture to the tiles, rinse off after 20 minutes.
Limescale builds up on all surfaces of the washing machine. To fix it, the machine must be cleaned every 4-6 months. Pour 30-40 g of citric acid into the powder compartment, turn on the mode with the highest possible temperature.
You need to get rid of limescale immediately. The lime layer prevents household appliances and plumbing from operating at full capacity, which leads to high energy costs and rapid product wear.
