How to remove ink from paper without a trace

Chemical solutions are not always available at hand. In these cases, folk methods will come to the rescue:

· You can apply a mixture of salt and baking soda in equal proportions to the ink. It should be scattered in a thin layer on clean paper. Put the document on it with the text down. Press them down with glass with a small hole. Introduce a few drops of citric acid solution or lemon juice through it. The acid will dissolve the ink, and the salt and soda will act as an absorbent;

· You will need a razor blade and an eraser. First you need to carefully remove the lettering with a blade. Don’t press too much to avoid damaging the paper. Then process this area with an eraser;

· The easiest way is to try wiping off the ink with a wet fingertip. This should be done slowly, gradually removing the top paper layer.

Before using any of the presented methods to remove ink stains on an important document, you need to test it on an unnecessary sheet of paper. This will help you make sure that the remedy is working or is worth trying another option.
