Use proven traditional medicine to whiten age spots. Wash your face with lemon water every day. To prepare it, mix 3 parts water and 1 part lemon juice. You can freeze this shake and wipe your face with an ice cube when you wake up and before bed. The duration of this procedure should be no more than 1-2 minutes. After rubbing your skin with ice, wash with cool water.
Prepare a mixture of 2 tablespoons. honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Apply this mass to a clean cloth, and then apply it to the age spot for 15 minutes. After this time, wash off the mixture with cool water.
You can keep a mixture of honey and lemon juice in the refrigerator for a week.
Mix equal proportions of cucumber and lemon juice and rub it on your face, hands, or other areas of skin with increased pigmentation. Repeat this procedure three times a day until the age spots are less visible. You can also use grapefruit, currant or parsley juice.
Make a whitening mask. To do this, take 10 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide and ammonia and mix them thoroughly with 1 tbsp. fresh cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir or yogurt. Apply the mask to the spots where age spots appear for about 10 minutes. When filling the bath with water for washing the body, add a bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide there. You can also pour hydrogen peroxide into a spray bottle and spray it on pigmented skin throughout the day.

Sauerkraut juice has a good whitening effect. Soak a clean washcloth in juice and apply them to age spots for 15 minutes. Use a yeast mask: mix grapefruit juice with 20 g of yeast and apply on the skin for 15–20 minutes. After that, rinse off the mask thoroughly with cool water.
French women use castor oil to fight age spots. Wipe pigmented skin with a cotton swab dipped in castor oil and the spots will fade over time. However, do not expect immediate results: the course of such “treatment”, depending on the severity of pigmentation, can last from 2 to 6 months.
