How to remove a double chin: video training
A double chin is a problem that needs to be dealt with. It distorts the oval of the face, spoils the profile line and visually adds several years to you. An operation or a course of mesotherapy can cope with this deficiency. But if you do not want to resort to radical methods, start the fight with a double chin at home. Self-massage, masks and wraps will help to firm the skin and tighten the contours of the face.

Double chin: reasons for the appearance
The second chin is a fold of skin and fat under the lower jaw. Its sizes may vary. Usually a double chin occurs when you are overweight, but sometimes too loose skin that has lost its tone can become the culprit of the problem.
Excessively sagging folds are removed surgically: a plastic surgeon excises excess skin, simultaneously removing fat. But with a less pronounced problem, you can fight yourself. Home procedures will help to increase the density of the skin, restore its tone, and the face – a beautiful oval.
Getting rid of bad habits
Poor lifestyle and bad habits can contribute to the emergence of a double chin: for example, reading with your head lowered or sleeping on too high pillows. Watch your posture, do not hunch over. For a more effective result, master a small set of exercises for the chin and neck. Do them daily during morning exercises or before bed.
One of the effective exercises is a variety of grimaces. Stretch your mouth and pull the tips of your lips down. Hold this position and relax your muscles. Pull your neck forward and extend your lower jaw. Count to five and return to starting position. Roll your head from right to left and vice versa, and then tilt your head back and forth. Do all exercises slowly, recording each movement. Repeat them 5 times.
Self-massage is also useful. Use the back of your hand to pat your chin and upper neck. For best results, apply a moisturizer to your skin before massage. As a preventive measure, tie your chin with an elastic bandage for several hours; this is especially useful if you are planning housework that will put your head down, such as sewing.
Special masks will help to quickly strengthen the skin and tighten the contours of the face. One of the most effective is paraffin wax. Melt a piece of paraffin purchased from a pharmacy in a water bath, and then apply it with a brush to the chin and neck. Proceed with caution: hot mass can burn. Lie for 20 minutes, then remove the congealed paraffin and wipe the skin with a damp cloth.
To tighten the skin and create a clear oval, you can use industrial masks with collagen or ceramides.
Warm oil compresses are very helpful. Heat the almond or olive oil, soak a towel in it and wring it out. Place a napkin on your chin area, cover with cling film and tie with a cotton cloth. Keep the compress warm for about half an hour, then wash off the remaining oil and apply a moisturizer to your skin. Masks and wraps should be done 1-2 times a week in courses of 7-10 procedures.
