2. Rejuvenating KoBiDo massage
Japanese structuring technique. The master seems to be tapping a kind of Morse code on your face: stroking and tapping your forehead, cheekbones, cheeks with the pads of your fingers. Particular attention is paid to the nerve endings, the effect on the connective tissue and deep muscles of the face. It helps to get rid of the tightness of the muscles of the face, neck and even the décolleté – a frequent consequence of stress and psychological trauma. The session lasts from 1,5 to 2 hours.
- Strengthens muscles;
- Restores skin elasticity and firmness;
- Smoothes wrinkles on the eyelids and around the lips.
The masseur kneads the skin with his thumbs, as if “sculpting” a new face. This technique quickly removes puffiness, gives the face a clear outline. It is simply irreplaceable if you urgently need to “work as a face” at an important meeting or party, and your chin “swam”. Some cosmetologists even claim that one Scandinavian massage session is more effective than ten classical massage sessions. The session lasts at least 1,5 hours.
It is often used against the background of lymphatic drainage procedures, which improves the functioning of the lymphatic system as a whole.

The session lasts 1-1,5 hours, depending on your feelings.

5. Chiromassage
Its main purpose is to enhance the flow of oxygen to the muscles of the face, to increase the elasticity of muscle fibers. Chiromassage is a free technique, leaving the master room for improvisation. It can work with the pads of the fingers, the edge of the palm, and even the elbow, combining European and Eastern styles. Experts believe that the effectiveness of chiromassage is comparable to myostimulation – and at the same time does not give side effects. Not suitable for sensitive skin. The 45-50 minute sessions are repeated no more than 3 times a week.

- Reduces swelling;
- Relieves muscle tension;
- Corrects the double chin.
6. Shiatsu acupressure
The masseur presses on a certain point with the pad of an extended finger and for 5-7 seconds leads it along the line of the so-called meridian. The total duration of exposure to one point is no more than 2 minutes. At a massage session, you need a state of complete relaxation. If you cannot relax for any reason, it is better to refuse the procedure.
- Reduces the depth of expression lines;
- Makes the skin more elastic;
- Tightens enlarged pores.
7. Stone massage
The face is massaged with hot, or rather warm, stones. Most craftsmen prefer to apply the oil not to the skin, but to the stones. This gives several advantages at once: firstly, the pores are not clogged, the skin absorbs exactly as much oil as needed, the stones easily and gently glide over the face. This type of massage is suitable for the owners of the most sensitive skin. The session lasts 40-45 minutes.
- Relieves physical and mental stress;
- Increases skin turgor;
- Models the oval of the face
