How to reduce pain during menstruation?

Menstruation is often painful. At the same time, it is necessary to understand what level of disturbances in the body causes these unpleasant sensations.

One of the reasons may be a violation of the musculo-ligamentous tension of the pelvic region. It can be caused, for example, by a violation of the force of gravity. You can check this by standing on the balancing disc.

A common cause of pain is a deficiency of the hormone progesterone, which is responsible for relaxation. But what causes a decrease of this hormone?

  • inflammatory processes;

  • infectious factor;

  • violation of the blood supply to the ovaries.

The next reason is intense stress and destructive emotions. The muscles of the pelvic diaphragm are tense and therefore the uterus, which rests on this diaphragm, cannot perform free oscillatory contractions.

Why are there monthly delays?

Menstrual irregularities are not just a hormonal problem. Every month a woman’s body is awaiting implantation. And the entire circadian release of hormones is aimed at preparing a woman for bearing a fetus.

If fertilization does not occur, then according to the feedback mechanisms, preparation for mucosal rejection takes place in order to prepare for fertilization and gestation in the next cycle.

The reasons overloading the body and disturbances in the cycle can be:

  • emotional overload;

  • information overload;

  • infectious stress.

Why does your period take a long time?

First of all, it is necessary to indicate the norms of the menstrual cycle: From 21 to 35 days… Length of bleeding days – From 3 to 7 days… Blood loss volume from 30 to 80 ml, on average about 56 ml per menstruation.

There should be no clots, the blood should be dark red. Deviations from the norm are a reason to think about the fact that there may be a malfunction in the body.

To understand reasons too long duration of menstruation, a diagnosis should be made:

  • blood coagulation systems;

  • local immune systems.

In order for the bleeding to stop, the muscles of the uterus must squeeze the muscles strongly in order to compress the vessels. This leads to a slowdown in blood flow.

Another reason for lengthening the days of the cycle can be endometriosis. The reason is the uneven rejection of the functional layer and tissue similar to the endometrium.

Often doctors are faced with a situation that a woman complains of spotting spotting. And then the total number of days with menstruation is delayed by 10 days or even several weeks.
