If you overeat, you cannot:

– drink scalding tea, it irritates an already disturbed stomach and can act like yeast, then the intoxication will return;
– drink large quantities of liquid or powerful diuretics: the heart and kidneys will have to work in an extreme mode, along with alcohol, useful microelements will also be washed out. In addition, juices with chemical additives can cause allergies.
What do we have to do:
– sleep as much as the body requires;

– it is better for a passive person to lie in bed for a day, and for an active person to go for a long walk or even a light jog in a park or forest;
