PSYchology

It is usually easy to distinguish a mentally healthy person from a neurotic. Mentally healthy adults are characterized by:

  • Usually good mood, sense of humor
  • Extroverted, outward-looking, on the world and people,

Looks at the interlocutor, sees the interlocutor, hears the interlocutor

  • Tendency to act rather than worry
  • This is a disciplined, adult, responsible person.

Does not fall into uncontrollable «moods», fulfills agreements

  • Social adequacy and hence often social success.

However, very talented people can be socially successful without any mental health.

  • Leads a healthy lifestyle, rather a lark

How to spot a neurotic

Usually, a person is more neurotic, who is characterized by the position of the Victim, accusations or excuses, mood swings, no regimen, bad habits. If he stoops seriously, he is almost always neurotic.

Man-child and mental health

Young children are usually very mentally healthy. But the man-child, as a rule, is neurotic. A tendency to resentment, accusations, the inability to control one’s feelings and desires are not indicators of mental health.
