The fastest way to peel the apple is with a sharp short knife or a special knife for peeling vegetables. An important condition is that the knife must be sharp and comfortable. Then even a few kilograms of apples for making jam or preserves will be peeled in a matter of minutes, and the number of peels will be minimized. Provide a handy peel picker: it is convenient to peel apples by sitting at the table with a plastic bag for peelings on the table, and a small cutting board.

To quickly clear apples from seeds and dense tissues, there are special knives-tubes – they cut right through the apple, cutting off the bones from the inside. If you need to peel a lot of apples, it is better to get one – you can peel a kilo of even small apples from the stalks with such an aggregate in a couple of minutes. And if you need to peel a little, we use the good old classic method: cut the apple in half and cut the whole core with a short knife.
