If you have already chosen a dress in which you will celebrate the main holiday of the year, but extra centimeters spoil the whole picture.
For some reason, girls begin to lose weight by the summer and by the New Year. It so happened that it is these two periods that make you think about your weight and figure. Of course, this is not the case for all girls, but most still live according to these principles. If by the summer you have not lost weight, you have a chance to catch up and take care of your body for the New Year. There is only a month and a half left before the holiday, so read the advice of our expert Irina Popova, nutritionist at the Austrian health center Verba Mayr.
You have almost a month and a half, and that’s enough to get yourself in shape. It is clear that you need to eat in a balanced way. Add to your diet vegetables green with a low glycemic index: zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, lettuce and greens. It is better to steam vegetables as a side dish or in the form of salads seasoned with vegetable oil, low-fat yogurt or lemon juice, without salt.
You also need to add dietary proteinaceous products. Preferably lean fish (pike perch, cod, sea bass, halibut, hake), seafood (lobster, scallops, shrimp) or chicken or turkey breast 100 g for lunch, boiled or steamed daily.
During the entire diet completely eliminate fast carbohydrates: sugar, honey, sweets; bread, flour products; watermelon, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, dried fruits, dates, processed rice, corn, millet, alcohol.
In the New Year, you are unlikely to deny yourself tasty and fatty food. Therefore, prepare your body, arrange detox days for yourself. We are not suggesting that you starve or drink juices all day, there are many options for weight loss salads, it is important that they are low in calories, high in minerals, vitamins and fiber.
Salad “Brush” No. 1: you will need white cabbage, beets and carrots, 0,5 kg of each vegetable. All vegetables must be finely chopped into strips and seasoned with lemon juice; it is undesirable to add vinegar and salt. Divide this amount into 8 servings and snack after 1,5 hours all day. If you have problems with the stomach and intestines, then it is better to use this salad as a side dish to the main dish, and not as a separate meal.
“Brush” No. 2: Cut 500 g of raw beets into strips, 20 g of celery root on a grater, 500 g of green apples on a grater, mix everything and season with lemon juice and 1 tbsp. l. olive oil.
To enhance the cleansing effect, it is good to add bran to salads, preferably corn, 1-2 tbsp each. l.
The benefits of exercise for losing those extra pounds are invaluable. If it is not possible to visit the gym, then you can start classes with morning exercises at home. But, it is very useful to start the day with “gymnastics” of the digestive organs, to activate their work after a night’s sleep, improve blood circulation and lymph drainage. To do this, you need to take a deep breath through your nose and inflate your stomach, then slowly as you exhale, stroke your stomach clockwise, repeat this 5-6 times. It is known that the process of burning fat occurs in intracellular structures – mitochondria, which are rich in muscles.
For example, you can go to yoga, if you need to restore muscle tone, or pay attention to cardio training, they speed up the metabolism, which leads to effective weight loss.
