- ice cubes help reduce puffiness. Wipe the eye area with them several times a day;
- a slice of aloe leaf is great for removing nasty bags. Rub the eye area with aloe juice several times a day.
Masks
- from honey: apply a small amount of honey on the puffiness, leave for a while, and then rinse with warm water;
- cucumber or potatoes. Apply round slices of cold fresh cucumber or potato slices to your eyes for 30 minutes;
- from parsley and sour cream: add sour cream to the chopped herbs and stir. Put the gruel on the problem area and keep it for 15 minutes.
Prevention of bags under the eyes
To prevent circles and bags under the eyes from causing discomfort, some preventive measures should be followed:
- regular facial care;
- the use of quality cosmetics;
- reducing the amount of salt in food;
- sleep for at least 8 hours;
