How to quickly cure a cold

Colds, runny nose, cough, acute respiratory infections and even ARVI can be caught at any time. But wherever you are, treatment should be started immediately. And advice from Wday.ru will help with this.

Morning

  • If you meet the morning with redness in your throat and a stuffy nose, be sure to gargle to remove plaque.

  • Half an hour before meals, take a solution of propolis tincture and water (1 tablespoon of infusion for 5 tablespoons of water).
