Probably everyone noticed how Shakira managed to quickly get back into shape after the birth of her second child. It turns out that her secret is in working on herself: diet and regular exercise. Personal fitness trainer of a celebrity and author of the AKT inMotion method, Anna Kaiser, told E !, how to lose weight quickly in the shortest possible time.
So, first of all, you need to move as much as possible. On the advice of Anna Keizer, Shakira works out twice a day for 60-90 minutes. The trainer developed a workout for her with elements of cardio, strength exercises, yoga and dancing. Moreover, her exercises change every day. This is necessary in order to work out all the muscles in the body. But the celebrity still has a favorite exercise – it is “scissors” (simultaneous lifting of arms and legs from a prone position).
In addition, proper nutrition is important. A typical Shakira breakfast consists of whole grain bread with slices of avocado and tomato and a cup of black coffee. Then, after her morning workout, she drinks coconut water and a protein shake. For lunch, the celebrity eats a vegetable salad and 100 grams of chicken or fish. A few hours later – a snack with a slice of beef jerky with cucumber or melon. And finally, dinner – a steak or fish with a vegetable garnish with asparagus, as well as two pieces of dark chocolate.
In addition, Anna Kaiser gave some valuable advice to everyone who wants to lose weight:
1. Exercise regularly. Even if you have a hangover after a hectic party. Take at least 15 minutes to your body.
2. Refrain from alcohol. Remember that these drinks are high in sugar.
3. Move as much as possible. Walking around the city, shopping, going to the museum – all this is also an activity. Let it be fun for you.
4. Buy a beautiful tracksuit so you want to wear it as often as possible.
5. The training process should be comfortable for you. There is no need to spend a lot of time on the road to the fitness center, it is better to choose the one that is closer to your home or exercise on your own.
6. Make sports a lifestyle. You can set yourself the goal of “losing weight”, but it is better to focus on the pleasure that activities bring. Then you won’t want to miss your workout.
