How to properly manage panic attacks?

In prevention, yoga and meditation

Although we cannot effectively prevent anxiety attacks, which occur in an unpredictable way, we can play on our level of anxiety on a daily basis.

And against stress and anxiety, yoga and meditation have been proven to work.

La meditation has proven effects on stress and anxiety (1) – (3). By meditating, we learn to settle down, to reconnect with ourselves and to relax.

As to yoga, it positively influences anxiety and stress levels and the state of well-being. It is considered to be an effective complementary treatment for anxiety disorders (4) – (7).

In the event of frequent attacks, consult a health professional.
