Maintain dry hair well

Un dry hair is a hair whose keratin has lost its elastic properties. They are rough to the touch, difficult to disentangle and the ends quickly split open.

If you have dry hair, try to do not wash them more than once a week, with a shampoo suitable for dry hair, alternating with a mild shampoo (to which you can add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil of geranium), dry them as often as possible naturally and cut them from time to time.

You can also use a conditioner or nourishing treatment.

If you are exposed to pool chlorine or sea salt, wear a swimming cap if possible and rinse your hair well with clean water after swimming.

Once a week, do a oil bath. The oil bath consists of brushing your hair with vegetable oil and leaving it on for a few hours or overnight, ideally with a cellophane film. Most vegetable oils are suitable for dry hair but thejojoba oil oravocado oil will give good results. If they are very dry, you can opt for the beurre de karité.

Also once a week, apply a mask to hydrate your hair, preferably before shampooing.

At the level offood, bet on omega 3 and 6, proteins and zinc. Also, don’t forget to hydrate yourself well.
