In one of the articles, we showed how to configure additional document parameters (information about it), which are stored along with automatically generated properties. It is very easy to print this information.
Note: The illustrations for this article are from Word 2013.
Open the Word document whose properties you want to send to print, and click the tab File (Queue).
In the menu on the left, click print (Print).
Note: You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P.
In the print (Print) press the first section button from the top Setting (Settings) and select from the drop-down menu Document Information (Document Info).
Note: This button will most likely have text visible. print all pages (Print All Pages), which is set by default and is displayed if you have not sent anything to print in the current Word session. Or it will be the option set when the document was last printed in the current session.
Select the printer you want and click print (Print).
The following information will be sent for printing: file name, folder, template, title, subject, author, date of creation and last save, but not the content of this document.
If you want to automatically print information about it with each document, then this can be enabled in the settings. To do this, go File > Parameters (File > Options).
On the left side of the dialog box Word options (Word Options) click Screen (Display).
In a group Print options (Printing options) check the box next to Print document properties (Print document properties).
Press OKto save changes and close the dialog Word options (Word Options).
Document properties will be printed on a separate last page of each document sent for printing.
