How to prepare your body for spring

In the spring, with the onset of warm weather, we put on skirts, buy a card to the fitness club, and start eating right. In fact, we are doing everything right, but with a slight delay, says cosmetologist Yana Laputina. How to properly prepare the body for spring now?

Every morning, start with a simple but useful procedure – drink a glass of water at room temperature with lemon and a spoonful of honey and ginger (unless, of course, there is an allergic reaction). This will boost your immune system and lift your spirits.

In the morning, wipe your face with ice cubes frozen in the evening with a decoction of herbs. This will tone the skin and remove signs of fatigue. After the procedure, pat your face dry with a towel and apply a moisturizer for the eyes and for the skin of the face (required with SPF protection).

In spring, the skin especially needs detox, mesotherapy, and plasma therapy. She needs vitamins and microelements to recover from the winter. Twice a year – in spring and autumn – I take a complex of vitamins (only I need to check if they conflict with each other). Plus omega 3-6-9 vitamins for the beauty of nails, hair and skin. Vitamins are a very individual thing, and they need to be selected.

Do not forget about a sufficient amount of water, if you add soluble vitamin C to it, you will immediately strengthen the immune system and replenish the water balance in the body.

A good lymph flow makes the skin young and radiant. 30-40 minutes of activity: walking, dancing, elliptical or cardio training will lift your face without any beauty treatments

Daily exhausting classes in a sports club, few people really like it. Therefore, I advise you to allocate every day for some kind of activity – this promotes blood circulation, namely, a good lymphatic flow makes the skin young and radiant.

Choose the option that works best for you – 30-40 minutes of walking, dancing, elliptical or cardio training, or half an hour of active swimming – the ideal workout. Then your face will look fit and youthful even without cosmetic procedures. And if you work out with a trainer a couple of times a week, then you will make your body perfect.

Some sports training is not enough to be in shape or lose weight by the summer. Proper nutrition is 70% of success in building a figure. The most difficult and effective thing is to give up flour and sweets. If you want to eat something, keep healthy foods on hand: carrots, an apple, a handful of nuts or seeds. Do not get carried away with fitness bars, they also have a lot of sugar.

Each of us has our own personality traits. It’s easier and faster for someone to pump up their legs, for someone abs. Take on the most difficult places to be in shape for the summer. For example, start pumping your buttocks and legs if you want to get rid of cellulite by the summer. Not a single cosmetic product will help from this, only sports. Alas, miracles do not happen.

During the long winter, our skin is tired and requires special care. Treat yourself to a beautician. This can be a cleansing and peeling procedure or a lifting detox that will remove toxins, activate the lymph flow and remove dead skin particles without harm to the skin.

Let your body rest on an algae wrap that will help nourish the body with the necessary micro and macro minerals, restore salt balance and remove excess fluid from the body. For home care, I would recommend good moisturizers.

If you are planning a trip to a plastic surgeon, then now is your last chance. It is better to do operations in autumn-winter, that is, in the cold season. But even now it is not too late. While you go for a consultation, take tests, schedule an operation, recover (wearing compression underwear will take at least a month), there will be a month or two left to tighten your muscles a little in the gym.

Now is the best time for liposuction and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Firstly, in the cold season it is easier to wear bulky compression underwear after surgery for 1-1,5 months – it is not hot. And secondly, more time before the summer to bring the shape to the ideal – to undergo a course of massage and body wraps.

The end of winter is the ideal time to do light treatments like photorejuvenation while solar activity is very low.

The end of winter is the ideal time to do all your light treatments while solar activity is very low. And procedures such as grinding and peeling (they are not welcome in the summer). So if you have a need for these procedures, hurry up. For hands, neck, face and decollete, it is good to do photorejuvenation (it is ideal for pigmentation or vasodilation), then polishing. Of course, you first need to consult with a beautician, who will tell you where to start.

An excellent solution for a patient with thin skin is infrared thermolifting. It does not injure the skin and does not stretch it. For patients with dense skin and the presence of subcutaneous fat, ultrasonic lifting is best.

In winter, we use dense nourishing creams, of course, by the onset of the warm season, we need to change them to lighter versions.

If you notice the appearance of stretch marks on the skin, then special creams will help eliminate them at the initial stage. But if stretch marks are already pronounced, then, contrary to advertising calls, you can get rid of them only in a beauty parlor.

It is also necessary to inspect in a cosmetic bag. We throw away dense fatty creams, including tonal

It is also necessary to inspect in a cosmetic bag. We throw out dense fatty creams, including tonal. Instead, add a translucent tonal base with a slight bronzing effect. At the first rays of the sun, your face will shine, like after a weekend at a seaside resort.

We change the dark colors of lipsticks and lip glosses to juicy ones: violet, purple. In this case, the lipstick becomes translucent, creating a candy effect on the lips. We leave false eyelashes and extended nails in the past, because in the upcoming spring-summer 2017 season, maximum naturalness will be relevant.

But your most important weapon is a smile, do not forget to take it with you.
