How to prepare and take Eleutherococcus tincture

Eleutherococcus senticosus (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is a shrub from the Araliaceae family that grows in the wild in the Far East. Eleutherococcus is often referred to as Siberian ginseng because the roots of these plants have similar healing properties.

The shrub is unpretentious, so it can be grown in personal plots. The roots grow horizontally and are dug up in October. To prevent the death of an adult plant, only a part (about 20-25%) of the roots is cut off to prepare Eleutherococcus tincture, trying to choose the most powerful, thickest branches.
