Planting can be carried out at any time, but the greatest chances of survival are after the autumn planting. Choose the right place for the grapes. It has a strong root system, so weaker plants nearby can die. Also, mature grapes create a strong shadow that will ruin the flowers.

In autumn, wild grapes are especially beautiful

Do not plant grapes near walls covered with decorative plaster. The tendrils are sucked into the surface and damage the building cladding. Also, do not plant grapes near the edge of the drain pipes so that they will not climb there. Grapes are undemanding to the choice of soil, but it grows best on loamy soil.

Fertilize the soil with any mineral fertilizer before planting. Add a drainage layer if necessary. Prepare the stalk and shallow hole. Plant the stalk at an angle, dig in with earth and form an irrigation pit.

Grapes do not suffer from diseases. Of the pests, only aphids attack him. If there are few pests, rinse them off with a strong pressure of water. If there are a lot of aphids, mix a solution of laundry soap and alcohol in proportions of 3: 1 and treat the plant with this mixture.
