  • vinegar 9% table – 3 tablespoons;

After preparing all the necessary components, the mushrooms are washed well several times, after which they are boiled in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

Preparing the marinade:

  1. To boil water.
  2. Add sugar, salt, spices.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. At the end, pour in the vinegar.
  5. Take out the bay leaf after a few minutes.

Boiled kids are placed in pre-sterilized jars, poured with marinade, twisted with metal lids.

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms;
  • water – 1 liter;
  • salt – 2 Art. l .;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • black peppercorns – 5 pcs .;
  • 4 Art. liter. apple cider vinegar;
  • 3 clove garlic;
  • 1 spoon of vegetable oil;
  • cloves – 2 pcs.;
  • 2 bay leaves.

Recipe for kids with garlic marinade:

  1. Cut the garlic into small cubes, pour apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add spices and herbs to taste.
  3. After 30 minutes, stir the mixture with mushrooms.
  4. To fill with vegetable oil.
  5. Leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Opened jars are kept in the refrigerator for no more than 7 days. When serving, you can optionally add greens, garlic, seasonings.

If mold has appeared in the jars, the marinade can be poured out, the product should be poured over with boiling water, then poured with new brine, boiled and twisted again.
