– The use of chemicals during the cultivation of tomatoes is also evidenced by a thick and rough skin;

– Take several tomatoes of the same size in your hands, evaluate them by weight: lighter tomatoes have large voids and contain a lot of juice, but those that are heavier are more fleshy.
