How to peel an orange

The orange can be peeled quickly and easily.

The first way – with your hands

Take a ripe orange, in which the peel will easily come off the pulp. Unroll the orange by pressing it against the surface with your palm for 15 seconds. This method, as it were, helps the peel to move away from the pulp more easily. Pry the peel at the base with your thumbnail and start peeling the orange in a circle, serpentine.

The second way is with a knife

You need to take a knife with a narrow blade. Stick the knife near the base with the blade facing you and cut the peel in a spiral.

You can also cut the orange in a circle across and peel the halves with your hands. Try not to touch the flesh, otherwise the orange juice will flow out abundantly.

The third way is with a spoon

Unwind the orange as above. Make a 2 to 3 cm cross section with a knife. From the stem to the base. Gently put a spoon under the peel and move the inside of the orange in a circle, thus separating the pulp from the peel.
