- and the red ones are cool (13-18 degrees).
Drinks are combined with food according to several principles – acidity, astringency, sweetness, aroma, and the presence of bitterness are taken into account.
Astringent wines go well with dishes with a distinct texture: beef and rich red wine, veal and less astringent wines. The rougher the texture, the more astringent it is to choose the drink.
Intense fragrant wine requires a worthy accompaniment to its company – an interesting dish with bright taste and aroma accents. Fatty foods make up for sour wines.
Another approach is to combine dishes and drinks that are the same or similar in taste and aroma – such duets will complement and emphasize each other’s dignity.
Exactly and definitely not
Eggs, ginger, tomatoes, anchovies, dishes with vinegar, nuts are absolutely not suitable for wine.
It is a win-win to serve all kinds of fruits with wines – they will only emphasize the taste of the wine and will not interrupt the pleasure of drinking it. Strawberries, pineapple, melon or peach pieces are especially good.

– Red wine combined with meat and spiciness, you can serve unusual cheese with such a drink. Often red wine is served with sushi, hearty side dishes, fish, berries and fruits.
– For white wine seafood, fish, caviar, poultry or veal are suitable. Meat and sausage cuts, salads and hot dishes are also good choices.
– Rosé wines will complement cold meat, seafood and desserts.
