  • Proper diet. Do not eat heavy food at night, because in this case, your body will try to process it into energy all night, which means you will not be able to fall asleep with a serene sleep.
  • Cool shower. There is an opinion that before going to bed you need to take a hot shower or bath. But this method will not help to cope with insomnia, because hot water increases blood pressure, forcing your heart to work with a vengeance. It is better to take a cool shower, after which you can completely relax in a warm bed and sleep will not take long.
